Sauna Thermas is a gay sauna in Porto that stays busy and keeps things simple. Expect a mixed crowd (from mid-20s to late 50s), spacious and clean facilities, and friendly staff who actually explain the layout — a rare bonus for first-timers.
There is a steam room and dry sauna, plus plenty of space, private cabins, and all the essentials like towels and flip flops included in the entry. A solid choice for a casual, no-fuss sauna experience.
